"Hot & Spicy Flavoured Potato Chips" were launched in 1986, famous singer David Lui was invited to promote "Hot & Spicy Flavoured Potato Chips" in television advertisement which became the talk of the town. Calbee Hong Kong factory was established in 2000 and produced the first pack of “Hot & Spicy Flavoured Potato Chips” which the seasoning was specially made for Hong Kong people. "Hot & Spicy Flavoured Potato Chips" is the representation of Hong Kong flavour accompanied every generation of Hong Kong people and it is definitely the classic favorite snack of people in Hong Kong.
1986
"Hot & Spicy Flavoured Potato Chips" started selling in Hong Kong.
1987
Launched “Hot & Spicy Flavoured Potato Chips” TVC.
1996
Launched "Hot & Spicy Flavoured Potato Chips" and "BBQ Flavoured Potato Chips" TVC.
2000
The first pack of "Hot & Spicy Flavoured Potato Chips" was produced in Calbee Hong Kong factory.
2003
500,000 packs of "Hot & Spicy Flavoured Potato Chips" were produced in Calbee Hong Kong factory.
2007
20,000,000 packs of "Hot & Spicy Flavoured Potato Chips" were produced in Calbee Hong Kong factory.
2010
30,000,000 packs of "Hot & Spicy Flavoured Potato Chips" were produced in Calbee Hong Kong factory.
2015
Giant Pack was launched in Calbee 20th anniversary.

1994
Calbee Four Seas Co. Ltd. and Grill-A-Corn production line were established on 30 June, 1994.
2000
Calbee Hong Kong factory was established to supply the products of prawn crackers, Grill-A-Corn, potato chips and vegetable snacks in Hong Kong market on 17 January, 2000.
2001
"Pizza Flavoured Potato Chips" production line was established.
2006
"Jagabee Potato Sticks" production line was established.

Joined the "Think Global, Think HK" banquet organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council in Japan, "Goose Flavoured Potato Chips" and "Wonton Noodles Flavoured Potato Chips" were specially invented for the taste loved by Hong Kong people which achieved a great triumph in Japan.

With the inspiration of local well-known Sham Tseng Roasted Goose and Wonton Noodles, "Goose Flavoured Potato Chips" and "Wonton Noodles Flavoured Potato Chips" which the taste genuinely belongs to Hong Kong people were launched. In November, with the Hong Kong traditional specialty of semi-dried oyster and shrimp paste, Lau Fau Shan "Semi-Dried Oyster Flavoured Potato Chips" and Tai O "Shrimp Paste Flavoured Potato Chips" were launched.
2020
"Char Siu Rice Flavoured Potato Chips" and "Chicken Rice with Ginger & Scallion Sauce Flavoured Potato Chips" were launched with the collective memory concept of Hong Kong people having classic local style char siu and chicken rice in daily life. Calbee further combined authentic Cantonese cuisines with potato chips and innovated "Abalone Flavoured Potato Chips" and "Sweet & Sour Pork Flavoured Potato Chips" to bring Hong Kong people the original taste of local Hong Kong flavour.
